Qualifications
- Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Urban Planning, or Sustainable Systems
- 5+ years experience in smart city infrastructure development
- Proficiency in BIM, GIS, and digital twin technologies
- Deep understanding of circular economy principles and regenerative design
- Certification in LEED, WELL, or equivalent sustainability framework
