- Develop AI-driven optimization algorithms for resource-efficient building management
- Coordinate with municipal agencies to align with 2026 sustainability mandates
- Mentor cross-functional teams on circular economy principles and regenerative design
- Research and implement emerging materials like carbon-negative concrete and self-healing polymers
- Conduct resilience assessments against climate change impacts and natural disasters
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Science, or Sustainable Architecture
- 5+ years experience in LEED/Well-certified project delivery
- Proficiency in BIM software (Revit, ArchiCAD) and energy modeling tools (EnergyPlus)
- Deep understanding of circular economy frameworks and regenerative design principles
- Experience with IoT sensor networks and smart city infrastructure integration
- Strong analytical skills with carbon footprinting methodologies
- Certification in Sustainable Infrastructure (Envision) or equivalent preferred
