Responsibilities
- Design net-zero energy systems for mixed-use developments using IoT and AI integration
- Develop circular material sourcing protocols for construction projects
- Lead cross-functional teams in LEED Platinum and WELL certification processes
- Implement smart grid infrastructure for renewable energy distribution
- Conduct life-cycle analysis for infrastructure resilience against climate change
- Collaborate with municipal partners on policy frameworks for 2030 sustainability targets
- Research and prototype carbon capture technologies in urban environments
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Environmental Science
- 7+ years in sustainable infrastructure design with 3+ LEED AP credentials
- Expertise in BIM software (Revit, ArchiCAD) and energy modeling tools
- Proven experience integrating renewable energy systems (solar, wind, geothermal)
- Familiarity with circular economy principles in construction materials
- Strong project management with $50M+ infrastructure portfolio
- Published research on climate-resilient urban planning (preferred)
- Texas Professional Engineer license required
