Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive 2026 sustainability roadmaps aligned with global climate targets and ESG standards
- Lead cross-functional innovation initiatives in circular economy, renewable energy integration, and carbon-neutral supply chains
- Establish strategic partnerships with startups, research institutions, and policy influencers to accelerate sustainable tech adoption
- Design and implement KPI frameworks to track environmental impact and ROI of sustainability initiatives
- Drive corporate culture transformation through sustainability training programs and employee engagement initiatives
- Represent FutureHorizon at industry conferences, policy forums, and sustainability summits
- Lead scenario planning for climate resilience and adaptation strategies in emerging markets
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, or related field with 7+ years of corporate strategy experience
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful sustainability programs in Fortune 500 environments
- Expertise in circular economy principles, carbon accounting, and emerging sustainable technologies
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex environmental data and market trends
- Executive-level communication skills with experience engaging C-suite and board members
- Deep understanding of current and emerging sustainability regulations (SEC climate rules, EU CSRD)
- Certification in ESG reporting (GRI, SASB) or carbon footprint assessment (GHG Protocol) preferred
