- Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers to ensure smooth scheduling.
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and tailor sourcing strategies.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both candidates and clients throughout the hiring process.
- Track recruitment metrics and update candidate databases accurately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with tight deadlines.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
