Key Responsibilities:
Execute full-cycle recruitment for technical roles including Software Engineering, Data Science, and QA. Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search strategies, and social networking to identify passive candidates. Screen, interview, and present qualified candidates to hiring managers. Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future open requisitions. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand technical requirements and establish competitive salary benchmarks.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2+ years of experience in Technical Recruiting or Staffing.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and technical jargon.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
