Responsibilities
- Execute the full-cycle recruitment process for technical roles, including Software Engineering, Data Science, and IT Infrastructure.
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and networking, to build a robust talent pipeline.
- Screen resumes and conduct in-depth phone and technical interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and define job specifications.
- Manage candidate relationships through the interview process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Negotiate offers and coordinate the onboarding process for new hires.
- Track key recruitment metrics and provide weekly reporting on hiring progress.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Proven experience (1-3 years) in technical recruiting or talent acquisition within the IT sector.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Strong networking skills and the ability to engage with passive candidates.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet aggressive recruitment targets.
