Responsibilities
- Source and screen technical candidates using various channels (LinkedIn, Indeed, Boolean search).
- Conduct technical and behavioral interviews to assess candidate fit and skills.
- Manage the full lifecycle of recruitment, from sourcing to offer extension.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for open roles.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and technical skills.
- Attend job fairs and industry networking events to promote our brand.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in technical recruitment or staffing preferred.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and IT roles.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
