Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for technical positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
- Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search strategies, and social media to identify passive talent pools.
- Build and manage a robust pipeline of qualified candidates to meet client hiring demands.
- Conduct virtual and in-person interviews, assessing both technical skills and cultural fit.
- Collaborate closely with Account Managers to understand client requirements and market positioning.
- Negotiate offers and manage the candidate onboarding process to ensure retention.
- Stay current with industry trends and salary benchmarks in the Chicago tech market.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in technical recruiting, staffing, or sales (Agency experience highly preferred).
- Proven track record of successfully placing candidates in IT and Engineering roles.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional demeanor.
- Self-motivated and driven with a hunger for success and high earnings.
- Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Willingness to work flexible hours as needed to meet client demands.
