Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for technical roles, including Software Engineers, Data Scientists, and Product Managers.
- Utilize advanced sourcing strategies (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, tech communities) to identify passive candidates.
- Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and coordinate technical assessments with hiring managers.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates to meet immediate and future hiring needs.
- Negotiate offers and manage the candidate experience from application to onboarding.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in technical recruitment or staffing.
- Deep understanding of the tech stack (React, Node.js, Python, etc.) and development lifecycle.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
