Responsibilities
- Conduct end-to-end technical recruiting using advanced Boolean search and LinkedIn Recruiter to identify top talent.
- Optimize job descriptions and career page content using SEO best practices to improve organic traffic and candidate quality.
- Manage the full candidate lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and closing offers.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and build long-term talent pipelines.
- Monitor recruitment metrics and KPIs to improve conversion rates and time-to-fill.
- Host virtual webinars and candidate engagement events to build brand awareness.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Technical Recruiting, preferably within the IT or SaaS industry.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and how they apply to digital content creation.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a knack for storytelling.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Human Resources is a plus.
