Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for technical positions including Software Engineering, DevOps, and Data Science.
- Utilize Boolean search strategies and professional networks to identify and engage passive candidates in the Tampa area.
- Screen resumes and conduct technical and behavioral interviews to assess candidate fit.
- Manage the end-to-end candidate experience, from sourcing to offer negotiation.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and market trends.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical recruiting or staffing.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and technical roles.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or similar.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate value propositions to candidates and clients.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to attend local networking events.
