Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing and screening to interviewing and closing candidates.
- Utilize advanced sourcing strategies, including Boolean search and social recruiting, to build a robust talent pipeline.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and create compelling job descriptions.
- Screen candidates via phone and video calls to assess technical skills and cultural fit.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and compensation benchmarks.
- Nurture relationships with passive candidates to build a long-term talent network.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Technical Recruiter or Staffing Specialist.
- Proven track record of filling technical roles (IT, Engineering, Software Development).
- Expertise in ATS systems (Greenhouse, Lever, or similar) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to communicate effectively with engineers.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred.
