Responsibilities
- Provide tier-1 and tier-2 technical support via phone, email, and chat to resolve hardware and software issues.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot network connectivity problems, printer errors, and operating system failures.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all support tickets and customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the IT department to escalate complex issues and implement long-term solutions.
- Conduct basic training for end-users on software applications and company security protocols.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction scores by responding promptly and professionally to inquiries.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Information Technology or related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in a Help Desk or Customer Support role is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and basic troubleshooting techniques.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tickets simultaneously.
- Reliable transportation is a must.
