Responsibilities
- Provide expert technical support via phone, email, and remote desktop to resolve hardware and software issues.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot network connectivity problems, printer malfunctions, and operating system errors.
- Document all technical interactions and resolutions in our ticketing system for future reference.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to escalate complex issues and contribute to product improvements.
- Educate clients on best practices for system maintenance and security.
- Maintain a deep understanding of our product suite to provide accurate product information.
- Adhere to company service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure timely resolution of tickets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in IT or related field is a strong plus.
- Previous experience in a customer support or technical help desk role is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of Windows, macOS, and common office software.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
