Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming customer inquiries regarding technical issues via phone, email, and live chat.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software problems efficiently.
- Document all support tickets and resolutions in the CRM system accurately.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to escalate complex issues.
- Conduct basic training for new staff on internal tools and procedures.
Qualifications
