Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve complex hardware and software technical issues for end-users.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and security protocols within the Active Directory environment.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems (Windows, macOS, and Linux).
- Collaborate with network administrators to ensure optimal system connectivity and uptime.
- Perform regular system updates, patch management, and comprehensive asset inventory audits.
- Document technical resolutions in the knowledge base and create user guides for internal teams.
- Provide exceptional customer service and conduct basic technical training for new employees.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent professional experience.
- 1-3 years of proven experience in a Help Desk or Technical Support role.
- Strong working knowledge of the Microsoft Office 365 suite and Windows 10/11 operating systems.
- Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and basic hardware components.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tickets and tasks in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
