Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve specialty coffees, teas, and blended drinks
- Provide friendly, efficient customer service at counter and drive-thru
- Maintain clean workstations and equipment
- Handle cash register transactions accurately
- Stock inventory and assist with daily store operations
- Collaborate with team members during busy rushes
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards
Qualifications
- Must be 16-18 years old
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable transportation to downtown Nashville
- Availability for weekend shifts (Sat/Sun)
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
