Responsibilities
- Greet customers with a friendly smile and assist them with their needs and inquiries.
- Operate cash registers and POS systems accurately to process transactions.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment for all guests and staff.
- Assist in setting up and breaking down game zones and recreational areas.
- Monitor game areas to ensure safety rules are followed by all players.
- Handle customer complaints or issues professionally and escalate when necessary.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years of age.
- Must be a current high school student or recent graduate.
- Ability to stand and move around for extended periods.
- Strong customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions.
- Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and afternoons.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
