Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail environment
- Operate POS systems and handle cash transactions accurately
- Organize and merchandise store displays to maintain visual appeal
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
- Collaborate with team members to maintain store cleanliness
- Participate in product knowledge training sessions
- Uphold company safety and loss prevention policies
Qualifications
- Must be 16+ years old with valid work permit
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Basic math skills for handling cash and inventory
- Reliable transportation to/from Woodward Avenue location
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
- Availability to work evenings and weekends (max 20 hrs/week)
