Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound calls and resolve customer inquiries within 15 minutes
- Update CRM records with accurate customer interaction details
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues
- Meet/exceed monthly performance targets (95% CSAT)
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives
- Train new hires on customer protocols
- Participate in quarterly community outreach programs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 2+ years customer service experience in local market
- Proficiency with Zendesk and Salesforce platforms
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license
- Fluent in English and Spanish (bilingual bonus)
- Pass background check and drug screening
