Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-channel digital marketing strategies across SEO, PPC, and social media
- Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and marketing automation tools
- Manage $500K+ monthly advertising budgets with ROI-driven optimization
- Lead A/B testing initiatives for landing pages and email campaigns
- Collaborate with design teams to create compelling brand assets
- Generate monthly performance reports for C-suite stakeholders
- Stay current with digital marketing trends and algorithm updates
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience in a corporate agency
- Expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and HubSpot
- Proven track record of scaling campaigns with 20%+ YoY growth
- Google Analytics and Google Ads certifications required
- Strong data visualization skills (Tableau/Power BI preferred)
