Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care and support under physician supervision
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR)
- Coordinate patient education and discharge planning
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and safety protocols
- Assist in emergency response situations
Qualifications
- Active RN or LPN license in Virginia required
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience preferred
- BLS certification (must obtain within 30 days)
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Experience with EHR systems (Epic preferred)
