Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care and support services with compassion and professionalism
- Conduct patient assessments and monitor vital signs to ensure optimal health outcomes
- Administer medications and treatments per physician protocols
- Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR) and documentation
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop personalized care plans

Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Nursing or Health Care Certificate required; Bachelor's preferred
- Current Missouri nursing license or CNA certification
- Minimum 2 years clinical experience in acute care setting
- Advanced knowledge of medical terminology and EHR systems
- Strong critical thinking and emergency response skills
