Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly to ensure high satisfaction scores.
- Assist clients in selecting appropriate logistics and shipping solutions.
- Update and maintain accurate customer records in the CRM database.
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to improve service delivery.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service or sales.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
