Responsibilities
- Greet and Assist: Welcome customers warmly and provide exceptional service to enhance their shopping experience.
- Customer Support: Handle inquiries, process returns, and resolve complaints efficiently and professionally.
- Operations: Process sales transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with sales staff to achieve daily targets and maintain a positive store atmosphere.
- Product Knowledge: Stay updated on product features and provide recommendations to customers.
- Store Maintenance: Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and stocked at all times.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Skills: Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Attitude: Motivated, friendly, and eager to learn.
