Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across SEO, PPC, and social media channels
- Lead client campaigns from conception to delivery, ensuring ROI and KPI achievement
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Manage a team of 3-5 marketing specialists and coordinate with cross-functional departments
- Create detailed monthly performance reports and optimize campaigns based on data insights
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication
- Stay current with emerging marketing technologies and platform updates
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of digital marketing experience with at least 2 years in management
- Proven track record of managing campaigns in the tech/B2B sector
- Advanced proficiency in Google Analytics, SEMrush, and marketing automation tools
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable strategies
- Exceptional project management abilities with experience in deadline-driven environments
- Excellent communication skills and client-facing experience
- Must be authorized to work in the US and available for in-office work in San Jose
