Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care following clinical protocols and standards
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Document patient assessments and treatment outcomes accurately

Qualifications
- Active state license in health care field (RN, LPN, CNA, or equivalent)
