Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care in fast-paced clinical setting
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient flow
- Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR) documentation
- Administer medications and treatments per physician protocols
- Conduct patient assessments and monitor vital signs
- Educate patients on treatment plans and preventive care
- Adhere to HIPAA and all regulatory compliance standards
Qualifications
- Current Texas RN/LPN license or Medical Assistant certification
- Minimum 2 years clinical experience in outpatient setting
- BLS/CPR certification (required) and ACLS preferred
- Proficiency with EHR systems (Epic experience a plus)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in high-pressure, fast-paced environments
