Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of licensed medical staff
- Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and feeding
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the medical team
- Prepare and maintain patient records accurately and confidentially
- Support the healthcare team in maintaining a clean and safe environment
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Completion of a certified nursing assistant (CNA) program preferred
- Current CPR certification
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting is a plus
- Must pass a background check and drug screening
