Responsibilities
- Coordinate patient care plans between physicians, specialists, and healthcare facilities
- Manage electronic health records (EHR) systems with precision
- Conduct patient intake assessments and eligibility verification
- Facilitate seamless transitions between care settings

Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field
- Minimum 2 years of healthcare coordination experience
- Certified Medical Administrative Assistant (CMAA) preferred

- Strong knowledge of HIPAA and healthcare regulations
