Responsibilities
- Coordinate patient care plans and appointments across departments
- Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR) documentation
- Assist in patient intake and triage procedures
- Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to optimize care delivery
- Provide health education and resources to patients and families
- Manage inventory and supplies for medical equipment
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in healthcare administration or related field
- 2+ years of healthcare coordination experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and EHR systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinical environment
- CPR certification required (BLS preferred)
- Valid Arizona driver's license for occasional travel
