Responsibilities
- Coordinate patient care plans and appointments across healthcare providers
- Act as primary liaison between patients, families, and medical staff

Qualifications
- Associate's degree in healthcare administration or related field
- 2+ years of healthcare coordination experience
- Strong knowledge of HIPAA and healthcare regulations

- Current CPR/BLS certification
