Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues via phone and ticketing systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve endpoint issues including Windows/macOS, printers, and VPN connectivity.
- Manage asset inventory and ensure all company equipment is properly tracked and maintained.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to deploy updates and security patches across the organization.
- Document all technical interactions and resolutions in our CRM to maintain a knowledge base.
- Conduct user training sessions to ensure employees are proficient with new software and security protocols.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Information Technology or related field; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- CompTIA A+ Certification or equivalent technical experience is required.
- Proven experience in a Help Desk or Technical Support role within the last 2 years.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to diagnose complex problems quickly.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon into plain English.
- Familiarity with cloud services (Azure, AWS) and basic scripting (PowerShell/Batch) is a plus.
