Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 technical support to employees via phone, email, and in-person.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software systems (Windows, Mac, Linux).
- Manage and maintain company devices, including laptops, printers, and mobile phones.
- Assist with network connectivity issues and security protocols.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all support tickets and issues.
- Collaborate with the management team to improve IT workflows and user satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in IT or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Help Desk or IT Support roles.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems and Office Suite.
- Familiarity with Active Directory and basic networking concepts.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
