Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for hardware and software issues via phone, email, and in-person.
- Manage and maintain company devices, printers, and network infrastructure.
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical problems efficiently to minimize downtime.
- Assist in the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of new IT systems and software.
- Document technical issues and resolutions in the internal knowledge base.
- Collaborate with the network team to ensure 99.9% system uptime.
Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- CompTIA A+ Certification preferred (or equivalent experience).
- 1+ years of professional experience in IT support or help desk roles.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to interact with non-technical staff.
