Responsibilities
- Coordinate patient care plans and appointments across local healthcare providers
- Manage electronic health records with precision and confidentiality
- Act as primary liaison between patients, families, and medical staff
- Implement community outreach programs for underserved populations
- Track and report healthcare metrics to improve service delivery
- Train new staff on compliance protocols and patient confidentiality standards
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field
- 2+ years of experience in clinical or hospital setting
- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or equivalent preferred
- Proficiency in Epic EHR systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong interpersonal skills with diverse patient populations
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure situations
- Valid Minnesota driver's license for home visits
