Responsibilities
- Operate CNC milling machines and precision assembly equipment
- Perform quality control inspections using calipers and micrometers
- Read and interpret technical schematics/blueprints
- Maintain clean and organized workspace following OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on production targets
- Document production data and maintain equipment logs
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of manufacturing/technical experience
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to read technical drawings and measurements
- Basic knowledge of CNC machinery operation
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver's license preferred
