Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and product knowledge to drive sales
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and maintain store cleanliness
- Stock shelves, manage inventory, and execute visual merchandising plans
- Assist with inventory counts and loss prevention protocols
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and monthly sales targets
- Operate point-of-sale systems and handle cash transactions
- Participate in training programs to enhance product knowledge
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 1+ years of retail or customer service experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Basic math and cash handling proficiency
- Proficiency with POS systems and retail software
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Must pass background check and drug screening
