Responsibilities
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of 10-15 retail associates
- Drive sales growth through strategic merchandising and customer engagement
- Manage inventory control, loss prevention, and operational efficiency
- Implement visual merchandising standards to enhance customer experience

- Resolve customer escalations and maintain high service standards

Qualifications
- 3+ years retail management experience with P&L responsibility
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Expertise in inventory management and visual merchandising
- Strong conflict resolution and team leadership skills
- Proficiency in retail POS systems (e.g., Square, Shopify POS)
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
