Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of 15+ bed critical care unit
- Mentor and evaluate nursing staff performance
- Develop/implement evidence-based care protocols
- Coordinate interdisciplinary patient care plans
- Ensure compliance with JCAHO and state regulations
- Manage supply inventory and budget allocations
- Respond to emergency situations with clinical leadership
Qualifications
- Active Georgia RN license required
- BSN or Master's in Nursing preferred
- 5+ years ICU experience with 2+ years leadership
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications mandatory
- Demonstrated proficiency in EMR systems
- Strong conflict resolution and team-building skills
- Experience with quality improvement initiatives
