Responsibilities
- Oversee daily nursing operations for 15+ staff members
- Ensure compliance with JCAHO and state healthcare regulations
- Implement evidence-based care protocols and quality improvement initiatives
- Conduct performance evaluations and mentor nursing staff
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for patient-centered care
- Manage inventory and budget for assigned unit
- Respond to critical patient situations with clinical leadership
Qualifications
- Active Georgia RN license (RN-GA)
- Bachelor's in Nursing (BSN) required, MSN preferred
- 3+ years clinical nursing experience
- 1+ years in supervisory/leadership role
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
- Strong knowledge of EMR systems (Epic preferred)
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
