Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Identify customer needs and recommend solutions to drive sales growth.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure retention.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the team to develop strategies for improving customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
