- Oversee end-to-end project lifecycles using Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Manage cross-functional teams of 10+ professionals across development, design, and QA
- Develop detailed project plans with milestones, budgets, and resource allocation
- Stakeholder communication through executive dashboards and status reports
- Risk mitigation and proactive issue resolution for complex technical projects
- Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations
- Mentor junior project managers and implement process improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of project management experience in IT/software development
- PMP, CSM, or PRINCE2 certification required
- Expertise in Jira, Asana, and Microsoft Project tools
- Proven success managing $1M+ technology projects
