Responsibilities
- Design and implement microservices using AWS and Kubernetes
- Mentor junior developers through code reviews and pair programming
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization using Jenkins and Terraform
- Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into technical specs
- Ensure system scalability and security compliance (SOC2, ISO27001)
- Conduct performance tuning and root cause analysis for production issues
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in backend development (Python/Java)
- Expertise in cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP) and serverless architectures
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
- Proven track record of shipping enterprise-grade products
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
