Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable microservices architecture using AWS and Kubernetes
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and technical documentation
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization for 99.99% uptime SLAs
- Collaborate with Product teams to translate requirements into technical specs
- Conduct performance profiling and system architecture improvements
- Implement security best practices across all production environments
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in backend development with Java/Python
- Expertise in cloud-native architectures (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Strong background in distributed systems and data modeling
- Proven track record of mentoring engineering teams
- CI/CD proficiency with Jenkins/GitLab/ArgoCD
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
