Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable software solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, design, QA) to define project requirements.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code using best practices.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct regular code reviews to ensure quality standards.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Identify and resolve technical debt to improve system performance and reliability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, React, and Node.js.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Solid understanding of database management systems (SQL, MongoDB).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
