Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable software solutions using modern web technologies and frameworks.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to define, design, and ship new features.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and mentor junior developers to ensure code quality and best practices.
- Optimize application performance, ensure responsiveness, and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and integrate them into our development lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development, preferably with the JavaScript ecosystem.
- Proficiency in React, Node.js, and modern CSS frameworks (Tailwind, Bootstrap).
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, database management (SQL/NoSQL), and cloud services (AWS/Azure).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, urgent environment.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
