Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone and email with a focus on resolving issues efficiently.
- Assist customers with product information, account details, and troubleshooting procedures.
- Document all customer interactions and transactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team leads to identify trends in customer feedback and implement process improvements.
- Provide accurate information regarding promotions, pricing, and service availability.
- Uphold company brand standards and professional communication protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or call center environments.
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex information clearly.
- Proficiency in using computer systems, MS Office Suite, and CRM software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Must be willing to attend an on-site interview (Walk-in).
