Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a high degree of professionalism and accuracy.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical hardware and software issues for end-users.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and support tickets in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the technical team to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Provide clear, step-by-step instructions to customers to resolve common technical problems.
- Identify and document product bugs or feature requests to help improve service delivery.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in IT or related field is a plus).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
